Location
Bottle outside room window on flat roof containing what may have been urine. Many cigarette ends laying on the same flat roof. Strange odour in the corridors. Stair carpet stained and unclean Pubic hair in wash hand basin on arrival

The room was spotless and that was about it.
The hotel for the cost was not what I expected. Apart from the room which was small but clean, there wasn't much else to credit with. The location was in the centre of the town, which the name suggests, but it does not say anything about the noise from revellers walking past after a night out. Because it was so hot the windows had to be left open so the noise was inevitable. Having just got to sleep after the last person had gone home, the seagulls started. An exhaustive night not to be repeated. The photos of the hotel depict a picture overlooking the harbour. This was not the case.

A lovely little hotel, my first choice in Roscoff. Good food and very good service. - Easy parking onsite. - Magnificent location, a walking distance from Roscoff lighthouse.

Location - perfect for catching the early Roscoff-Plymouth ferry.

I love the location since it is perfect to stay in before or after catching the ferry, surrounded by nice places to eat and a lovely bakers opposite for getting your breakfast / bread in in the morning.
The room is very plain, which is fine but it would be nice to have a mirror in the room and a light in the shower. The bathroom was very small and the shower was blocked. The tv also didn't work. But the hotel is good for just one night as a stop over, the bed etc is clean and the bar lively.

The rooms had a unique decor and a good size with a view of the harbor, and they felt very cozy, while the hotel was in a central location close to restaurants.

It's Proximity to the Roscoff/Plymouth ferry
The access to the hotel room when the staff had left was inadequately explained. , ie the Key/Code arrangement , and no-one to whom to contact. The Bar having been closed that evening.

What I loved about this place was how it was right by the harbor—it was absolutely beautiful 🌅. The food here was so good, I couldn't get enough! And the room had a really nice touch to it, very well-furnished and cozy.

Perfect and nice location, a few steps away from Roscoff lighthouse. Positioned in the extra comfy area. Incredibly large bed in the double room, plus central heating, a work desk and TV.

Wonderful outlook from room over the old harbour at Roscoff. Breakfast arrangements good, staff helpful and on arrival made arrangements for us to have access to the room earlier. The central position in old town is wonderful just for wandering around and free car parking is very close by. As a short term base it's a useful place to know and the rooms although small are very clean and adequate.
No personal complaints apart from the cost. Some other guests didn't seem to recognise that you don't have loud conversations in the bedroom corridors at 3.30 in the morning! The bar and outside terrace are busy and sometimes didn't look very tidy. The price we paid we thought was expensive - we compared it to a very comfortable and unusual chambre d'hote (including breakfast) nearby which was half the daily rate,

Nice friendly hotel right in centre of Roscoff. Easy to find only 5 mins drive from ferry port. Room was fairly compact but had everything in there for our comfort. Very clean. Only downside was some street noise during the night, but then if you are in the centre of town you have to expect that. Nice breakfast on terrace. Altogether very relaxing will definitely go again
